Who We Are

Formed in 2017, the HRC is a community of housing researchers, providers, and policymakers dedicated to investigating and advocating for better housing outcomes across Canada. 

We house multiple award-winning, SSHRC- and CMHC-funded projects as well as a number of other research endeavours spanning topics from homelessness and the rights of people living in encampments, to barriers facing Purpose Built Rental Housing in the Metro Vancouver Region.
